Just off of Highway 20 near the Keystone/Port Townsend ferry terminal.

Description

This site is known to be one of the best diving locations in Puget Sound area. There are strong currents at this location especially at the end of the Jetty and near the old dock, so be should to dive during slack. This location is a underwater park, so the fish often get large.
