Directions

This site is north of Hoodsport on Highway 101. If coming from the south of the site it is 3.1 miles north of Finch Creek Bridge, which is on the north side of Hoodsport. If coming from the north, the site is 1.2 mile south of the Lilliwaup River Bridge. The site has a small place to park along the road, and is at a place where the road has trees between the road and the ocean south of the the site, but north of the site the road and ocean are directly beside one another.

Description

The site has a nice wall and little current. To get to the wall, swim southeast from the shore passed a small floating dock. The top of the wall is at about 25 to 30 feet, and the bottom of the wall is at about 40 to 55 feet.

You are likely to see a wolf-eel and may see an octopus. Other creatures that you are likely to see are anemone, sunflower sea stars, sea cucumber, and quillback rockfish.

The site site has easy access from the shore and is near sund rock which when visiting both sites makes for a nice two dive trip.
